Visit MAPS’ café and eatery and taste sustainable, climate-conscious dishes made with the best seasonal ingredients. On the menu, you’ll find modern takes on classic smørrebrød, toast, freshly brewed coffee, cake, wines, organic juices, and beer. Our vegetarian celeriac toast was named TV2 Kosmopol’s best gastro-experience of 2023. Read the review here.
PART OF BECOMING CLIMAVORE
We are more than just a café. In 2022, we became the first café in Denmark to join the international network Becoming CLIMAVORE. CLIMAVORE represents today’s climate-conscious way of eating, aiming to ensure that the food on your plate contributes positively to our shared nature and climate. We explore sustainable food culture through markets, workshops, talks, community dinners – and, of course, through the food served at the café.
Read more about Becoming CLIMAVORE.
LOCAL SUPPLIERS
We collaborate with suppliers such as FANGST, DRYK, Køge Fællesjord, Mirjas Mikrobageri, Pure Dansk, Reduced, and Dansk Tang. You can always purchase a selection of our suppliers’ products directly at the café.
OPENING HOURS
The café is open during MAPS’ opening hours, and you don’t need to pay an entrance fee to visit the café.
For larger groups (+9), we recommend contacting the café in advance.
